The notary, in addition to the powers provided for in separate laws, drafts acts, performs units, authentications and verifications in all matters, including, but not limited to:

a) draws up wills;
b) drafts the act for the complete or partial annulment of wills;
c) draws up the record of the opening of wills;
ç) accepts for safekeeping holographic or special wills;
d) issues legal/testamentary inheritance certificates;
